Springvale Park Special Developmental School
FIMMA is proud to have partnered with Springvale Park Special Developmental School and the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) to successfully deliver a major upgrade that supports inclusive education and enhances learning environments for students with developmental needs.
As part of the Victorian Government’s capital works program, the project replaced two outdated relocatable classrooms with a single, modern permanent learning facility, complemented by associated external works.
The new building provides purpose-built spaces designed to meet the unique needs of students and staff, creating a safe, functional, and welcoming environment. These improvements reflect a broader commitment to accessibility, quality, and long-term community benefit, ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive.
