Dandenong Eye Surgery Medical Clinic

This project required delivering a specialist eye surgery clinic located at 373-375 Princes Highway in Noble Park. The scope of works included the demolition of an existing residential dwelling, driveway, and sections of brick fence; minor excavation and levelling of the site; new inground services and tapping; then construction of the new facility.

Designed in close collaboration with the Client, the design team were able to fit considerable and comprehensive services into the facility, which comprises a main lobby, reception and waiting area; administration and medical records storage; five consulting rooms, two surgical treatment rooms and two orthoptic rooms; staff kitchen, lounge and amenities and patient toilets. A separate, locked medical waste disposal area is also provided at the rear of the property.

A 17-bay car park with additional disabled access car park and ramps was also completed, with associated minor landscaping works, new fencing and security gates completing the project.
